Interim Inspection Report

During the tenancy, it is beneficial to both the landlord/agent and the tenant to keep things running as smoothly as possible. It usually carried out on a quarterly or every 6 months basis and encourage the tenant to keep the property in good order.

Our clerks will conduct a review of the property part way through the tenancy. The appointment appraises the condition of the property relative to the length of the tenancy and expected condition at that point in time.

These reports are designed to give you an idea of how the property is being looked after.
Mid Term Inspection list all items in the property found to be in a different condition from the one noted on the original inventory.

The report is forwarded to the landlord, who can then advise the tenant of any appropriate action that should be taken to rectify any issues (fair wear and tear).
